About Massive Bio

Every cancer patient deserves access to treatment options. Massive Bio is an AI-powered precision medicine platform transforming how cancer patients discover and access clinical trials by eliminating the barriers of geography, financial constraints, and information asymmetry that have historically limited enrollment.

Founded in 2015 and headquartered in US, Massive Bio is scaling its impact globally by powering operations across multiple countries and bringing innovative cancer treatment options to a rapidly growing and diverse population of patients. Through our proprietary AI platform, we connect individuals to clinical trials worldwide and partner with leading pharmaceutical companies, contract research organizations (CROs), and healthcare systems to accelerate drug development and expand equitable access to cutting-edge therapies.

About the Role

The Oncology Informatics Specialist plays a key role in bridging clinical knowledge and data systems to support how the organization manages, analyzes, and acts on oncology data. This position works cross-functionally with clinical, product, engineering, marketing and operations teams to ensure our informatics infrastructure keeps pace with the company's growth and mission.

What You'll Do

  • Design and execute informatics strategies that directly support clinical trial matching, oncology research, and patient care operations

  • Partner with clinical, product, and engineering teams to translate data needs into system requirements and project priorities

  • Drive the implementation and optimization of informatics tools, including clinical decision support systems, data pipelines, and electronic data capture platforms

  • Own regulatory compliance for data management across US and international frameworks (HIPAA, GDPR, and relevant local regulations)

  • Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for informatics initiatives, keeping stakeholders aligned through delivery

  • Train internal teams on informatics tools and best practices to raise data literacy across the organization

What We're Looking For

  • Degree in bioinformatics, health informatics, computer science, or a related field (Master's preferred, not required if depth of experience compensates)

  • 3+ years working in oncology informatics or a closely adjacent space; clinical data management, trial data systems, or health IT with an oncology focus

  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance frameworks (HIPAA, GDPR) and a practical understanding of data integrity, security, and privacy requirements

  • Comfort working across functions — you'll interact with clinical, research, engineering, and operations teams and need to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences

  • Experience with or strong interest in AI/ML applications in healthcare is a plus
