Product Manager (AI / health-tech)
Job type: Full Time · Department: Product · Work type: Hybrid
Kadıköy, İstanbul, Türkiye
Every cancer patient deserves access to treatment options. Massive Bio is an AI-powered precision medicine platform transforming how cancer patients discover and access clinical trials by eliminating the barriers of geography, financial constraints, and information asymmetry that have historically limited enrollment.
Founded in 2015 and headquartered in US, Massive Bio is scaling its impact globally by powering operations across multiple countries and bringing innovative cancer treatment options to a rapidly growing and diverse population of patients. Through our proprietary AI platform, we connect individuals to clinical trials worldwide and partner with leading pharmaceutical companies, contract research organizations (CROs), and healthcare systems to accelerate drug development and expand equitable access to cutting-edge therapies.
We are hiring a Product Manager to own product strategy and delivery across Massive Bio's AI-powered oncology platform. You will work at the intersection of AI/ML, clinical operations, and data infrastructure; defining what gets built, negotiating trade-offs across teams, and being accountable for outcomes.
You'll work daily with Engineering, Data/AI, Clinical Operations, and Provider Engagement. Specific product assignments will be scoped with you based on company priorities and your strengths, and may include both new product launches and ongoing platform modules.
Set strategy & ship: Define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for assigned products; prioritize enhancements, manage tech debt, and ship features that measurably improve clinical trial matching, enrollment, and site performance.
Translate ambiguity into execution: Turn complex clinical and business requirements into clear product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria engineering teams can execute against.
Measure and iterate: Monitor post-release performance using product analytics and clinical outcome data; iterate rapidly based on what the numbers and user feedback tell you.
Run delivery: Lead product development ceremonies (backlog grooming, sprint planning, release planning) with engineering squads across multiple time zones.
Coordinate across functions: Partner with Data/AI on model integration and pipeline dependencies; align with Clinical Operations on regulatory nuance, site workflows, and oncology trial realities; manage external vendor and delivery partner relationships where they intersect with product.
Communicate up and across: Serve as the primary product voice to leadership; translating technical progress and trade-offs into business-relevant updates for executives and board-level stakeholders.
Document and align: Build and maintain product documentation that serves as a single source of truth across distributed teams.
Required
3+ years of product management experience in SaaS, enterprise, or platform products. Healthcare, biotech, or clinical trial technology experience strongly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex products with multiple stakeholder groups, competing priorities, and technical dependencies.
Strong command of Agile delivery practices, with the judgment to know when process helps versus when it gets in the way.
Experience with data-intensive or AI/ML-powered products: comfort with data pipelines, model outputs, and technical architecture conversations. You don't need to code, but you need to hold your own with engineers.
Track record of shipping products end-to-end; from ambiguous problem space to launched, measured, and iterated product.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to translate between clinical, technical, and business audiences.
Experience working across time zones and cultures in a distributed team environment.
Nice to Have
Direct experience with oncology, clinical trial operations, or patient-facing health technology.
Familiarity with compliance frameworks relevant to health data (HIPAA, GDPR, mCODE).
Technical background or prior experience as an engineer, data analyst, or technical PM.
Familiarity with cloud architectures (AWS / GCP / Azure) and modern stacks.
Exposure to pharma or CRO partnerships and an understanding of drug development workflows.
