About Massive Bio

Every cancer patient deserves access to treatment options. Massive Bio is an AI-powered precision medicine platform transforming how cancer patients discover and access clinical trials by eliminating the barriers of geography, financial constraints, and information asymmetry that have historically limited enrollment.

Founded in 2015 and headquartered in the US, Massive Bio is scaling its impact globally by powering operations across multiple countries and bringing innovative cancer treatment options to a rapidly growing and diverse population of patients. Through our proprietary AI platform, we connect individuals to clinical trials worldwide and partner with leading pharmaceutical companies, contract research organizations (CROs), and healthcare systems to accelerate drug development and expand equitable access to cutting-edge therapies.

About the Opportunity

Massive Bio runs a distributed workforce across the US, Turkey, LATAM and EU, operations anchored by our Istanbul office. This role owns company IT end to end: the systems people work in every day, the devices they work on, and the processes that make a new colleague productive on day one and cleanly offboarded on their last. You will be the single point of ownership for IT, reporting to our Engineering Lead and working closely with HR and Talent, engineering, and the business teams.

The work spans three areas that rarely sit together in one job: employee lifecycle operations alongside HR, hands-on support and systems administration, and infrastructure and tooling alongside engineering. We are looking for someone who moves comfortably between all three, owns problems without being managed through them, and works in English across every time zone we operate in.

Key Responsibilities

  • Employee IT lifecycle: Own IT onboarding and offboarding end to end, from email, SharePoint, and computer provisioning through equipment retrieval, secure wipe, and access removal at exit.

  • Account and access management: Create, maintain, and revoke user accounts across Microsoft 365, Jira, HubSpot, JustCall, and CTMS, and enforce MFA and password standards.

  • Service desk and on-site support: Act as the first point of contact for IT requests and incidents across the company, and provide hands-on support in the Istanbul office.

  • Device and equipment lifecycle: Purchase, set up, ship, track, and recover laptops and office hardware across Turkey, the US, Europe, and LATAM, and keep the equipment inventory accurate.

  • Microsoft 365 administration: Administer mailboxes, permissions, distribution lists, and email groups, and resolve mail flow issues including delivery delays and cross-domain failures.

  • Jira and Confluence administration: Manage users, permissions, screen schemes, automations, and issue templates, and keep internal documentation current.

  • Vendor, licensing, and renewals: Run hardware and software purchases from requirement definition through vendor research, quotes, selection, and approval, and manage license and domain renewals.

  • Reporting and IT policy: Deliver recurring device status and usage reporting, and support IT-related policy and compliance work with HR and leadership.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

Required:

  • 3 to 5 years in IT support, IT operations, or systems administration, including time as the primary IT owner in a small or mid-sized organization.

  • Strong English proficiency, written and spoken. This is a fully English-speaking organization.

  • Hands-on Microsoft 365 administration: user and license management, Exchange and mailbox permissions, SharePoint, and mail flow troubleshooting.

  • Practical experience running a device fleet end to end, from purchase and setup through shipping, inventory, recovery, and secure wipe.

  • Track record of owning vendor research, quotes, selection, and renewals.

  • Self-starter who works well without close supervision, across a team spread over multiple time zones.

Preferred:

  • Jira and Confluence administration experience, including permissions, workflows, automation, and templates.

  • Experience supporting employees in multiple countries, including international device shipping.

  • Familiarity with endpoint monitoring or time-tracking tools.

  • Comfort with basic Linux server setup and networking.
