Role Summary
Patient Relations Coordinator is a critical operational link for our Brazilian market. This role bridges empathetic patient care with rigorous operational discipline. The ideal candidate excels in high-volume pipeline management, strict regulatory compliance, and precise CRM documentation to drive efficient patient onboarding and trial enrollment.
Core Responsibilities
Patient & Provider Coordination: Serve as the primary, compliant point of contact for patients, caregivers, and physicians. Facilitate structured onboarding, consent acquisition, and seamless medical record collection.
Pipeline & CRM Management: Maintain flawless data integrity and workflow documentation within CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot). Manage active lists, deal stages, and scheduled follow-ups to ensure zero delays in the patient journey.
Operational Execution: Execute automated and manual outreach cadences, consistently meeting established KPIs and SLAs while providing actionable insights to optimize operational governance.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all communications and data handling strictly adhere to Brazil’s LGPD, privacy requirements, and internal standard operating procedures.
Candidate Qualifications
Experience: 2+ years in healthcare operations, oncology support, or structured patient coordination. A strong understanding of the Brazilian healthcare system and clinical trial phases is required.
Technical Skills: High proficiency in CRM platforms, active pipeline management, and structured data documentation.
Languages: Native-level Brazilian Portuguese and professional-level English.
Core Competencies: Exceptional emotional intelligence balanced with stringent process discipline, accountability, and the ability to navigate sensitive oncology discussions professionally.
