About Massive Bio

Every cancer patient deserves access to treatment options. Massive Bio is an AI-powered precision medicine platform transforming how cancer patients discover and access clinical trials by eliminating the barriers of geography, financial constraints, and information asymmetry that have historically limited enrollment.

Founded in 2015 and headquartered in the US, Massive Bio is scaling its impact globally by powering operations across multiple countries and bringing innovative cancer treatment options to a rapidly growing and diverse population of patients. Through our proprietary AI platform, we connect individuals to clinical trials worldwide and partner with leading pharmaceutical companies, contract research organizations (CROs), and healthcare systems to accelerate drug development and expand equitable access to cutting-edge therapies.

About the Opportunity

We are looking for an HR & Talent Partner to join our HR & Talent team and support people operations across our global workforce. The role covers recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, and employee experience, and contributes to HR initiatives across the broader organization as needed.

This is a hands-on role that blends recruiting with day-to-day people operations. The mix shifts with business needs, and some periods are operations-heavy. You will report to the Senior Manager of HR & Talent and work with a high degree of autonomy, so a self-starter mindset is essential.

We are an AI-forward team. We work in Rippling, Kula, Fireflies, Jira, and Claude, and we use AI to cut manual work across recruiting and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment

  • Own day-to-day recruiting: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and pipeline management.

  • Conduct candidate interviews and coordinate debriefs with hiring managers.

  • Manage job postings, candidate communications, and data hygiene in Kula, our ATS.

HR Operations & Administration

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee and contractor HR inquiries across the organization.

  • Support onboarding and offboarding: documentation, system access, and orientation scheduling.

  • Maintain employee records and time off in Rippling.

  • Assist with payroll coordination, contractor payment tracking, benefits administration, and compliance-related tasks.

People & Culture Initiatives

  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.

  • Support the rollout of HR policies and processes.

  • Assist with workforce analytics, reporting, and ad-hoc HR projects as needed.

HR Systems & AI

  • Use AI tools to speed up sourcing, screening, documentation, and reporting.

  • Help build and improve AI-assisted workflows across Rippling, Kula, and Jira.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

Required:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in HR, recruitment, people operations, or a generalist role.

  • Hands-on recruitment operations experience: sourcing, screening, and ATS management.

  • Familiarity with HR fundamentals: onboarding, payroll basics, and benefits administration.

  • Experience working in distributed or remote companies across multiple time zones.

  • Strong written and spoken English. We are a fully English-speaking organization.

  • Daily, hands-on use of AI tools in your current work.

Preferred:

  • AI power user: you build your own prompts, templates, or automations for everyday work.

  • Hands-on experience with Rippling, Kula, Deel, or similar HR platforms.
