About Massive Bio

Every cancer patient deserves access to treatment options. Massive Bio is an AI-powered precision medicine platform transforming how cancer patients discover and access clinical trials by eliminating the barriers of geography, financial constraints, and information asymmetry that have historically limited enrollment.

Founded in 2015 and headquartered in US, Massive Bio is scaling its impact globally by powering operations across multiple countries and bringing innovative cancer treatment options to a rapidly growing and diverse population of patients. Through our proprietary AI platform, we connect individuals to clinical trials worldwide and partner with leading pharmaceutical companies, contract research organizations (CROs), and healthcare systems to accelerate drug development and expand equitable access to cutting-edge therapies.

Position Overview

We are looking for a Senior Analyst to join the CEO Office and work directly with the CEO and co-founders on the company's highest-priority strategic, commercial, and operational topics.

This is a generalist role with real ownership. You will move across topics quickly: building the analysis behind a strategic decision one week, driving a commercial opportunity or preparing an investor-facing deliverable the next. You will structure ambiguous problems, own workstreams end to end, and be expected to contribute to revenue outcomes, not only analysis.

This is a high-exposure, high-accountability position for someone who is analytical, commercially driven, low-ego, and comfortable operating at C-level pace.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Business Analysis

  • Analyze internal and external data (performance, markets, operations) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

  • Build clear summaries, reports, and commercial models that support decision-making by the CEO and co-founders.

  • Identify, size, and prioritize new revenue opportunities and business models adjacent to Massive Bio's core offering, with clear economics, risks, and execution paths.

Commercial & Sales Execution

  • Support revenue generation directly: prepare commercial proposals, pricing analyses, and client-facing materials for pharma, provider, and partner opportunities.

  • Join executive-level client and partner meetings; own preparation, follow-ups, and deal progression tracking.

  • Manage the pipeline of strategic opportunities, surface stalls and risks early, and push topics to closure.

  • Carry accountability for commercial outcomes on assigned workstreams, including contribution to revenue and partnership targets.

Executive Support

  • Prepare briefing notes, slide decks, and supporting materials for the CEO, co-founders, and executive team, including for external meetings with partners and investors.

  • Track action items from leadership meetings and ensure they translate into concrete next steps.

Project & Stakeholder Management

  • Take ownership of specific workstreams: clarify the problem, structure the approach, and drive execution across Operations, Product, Finance, Commercial, and Clinical teams.

  • Improve internal processes and external partner/customer flows using data and structured problem-solving.

Research & Market Intelligence

  • Conduct targeted research on markets, competitors, and business models sitting on the CEO's desk.

  • Stay informed on oncology, clinical trials, and healthcare innovation trends, and synthesize what matters for leadership.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from a strong university in a highly analytical field (engineering, economics, business, statistics, or related).

Experience (3+ years)

  • At least 3 years of full-time experience in one or more of the following: management or strategy consulting, investment banking, or corporate development / corporate strategy.

  • A clear track record of progression and promotion in previous roles.

  • Experience in a high-growth company or startup environment, and exposure to healthcare, life sciences, or pharma, are a plus but not required.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong business acumen: able to quickly grasp commercial logic, connect the dots across functions, and think like an owner.

  • High quality bar: numbers reconciled, materials polished, details closed before anything reaches leadership.

  • Strong presence in meetings: able to facilitate discussions, contribute views, and hold your own with senior stakeholders.

  • Comfortable with commercial targets and client-facing responsibility.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Proactive, resilient, and reliable in closing topics and following through in a fast-paced, international environment.
