Our 3D digital engineering network model enables utilities to visualize their entire network and simulate likely scenarios to inform decisions that will protect their assets and our communities.

We are excited to hire our next Customer Success Director in Europe to support our growing team and client base from our main base in London. As our Customer Success Director, you will work on industry-changing challenges, build strong client relationships and manage projects while working closely with sales, deployment, product and engineering to ensure customers are receiving the greatest value from our platform. You will oversee the management of the deployment and customer success team across a variety of technical and relationship management team members. Driving value for the client is key. To achieve this, you will need to understand the critical challenges they face and translate these into concrete project outputs while managing the delivery with your team. Aim to strengthen the client relationship, increase usage and ROI of the platform while monitoring the commercial aspects of account growth.

Our training is fast-paced, designed to bring you up-to-speed on our software along with our related processes and client relations. This position will require a large amount of self-directed learning to be proficient in understanding the industry, our products, and the value it offers. 

We're looking for someone who can think critically and solve complex problems and manage a team. While utility and infrastructure  experience is highly valuable, we're more interested in your ability to analyse situations, identify key issues, and implement effective solutions in similar organisations and challenges. We welcome applications from professionals across Europe, with a particular interest in candidates located in France, Germany, Spain, United Kingdom, and Belgium.

Some of the things you will contribute to:

  • Work closely with the sales team to handover and execute closed deals and newly acquired clients

  • Manage and oversee a portfolio of projects across different clients with the team of customer success and deployment staff

  • Project manage deliverables as set out with the client

  • Workshop and understand specific challenges the client is facing and how Neara can support

  • Translate this into concrete platform outputs and value propositions

  • Develop strong relationships across the client organisation, both at senior and junior levels

  • Work closely with deployment to ensure timely delivery of client work and to ensure the value is clearly communicated to the client

  • Develop ROI metrics to ensure we can track success and client satisfaction

  • Identify opportunities for up and cross selling within the client portfolio

  • Background in mechanical, electrical, civil or software engineering would be highly beneficial.

  • Proven track record of building strong personal relationships with both clients as well as internal stakeholders plus commercial aptitude and history of account growth (revenue)

  • Flexibility to travel and meet clients plus fluency in other European languages than English (French, Spanish, German, Dutch, Turkish, Romanian, Italian etc).
