Neara is seeking a talented and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist for the Australia region. As a crucial member of our HR team, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to drive our organisation's success. Your role will be vital in shaping our workforce and ensuring we have the right people in the right roles to achieve our business objectives.
SaaS Startup / Scaleup: Experience working with comparable SaaS start-up/scaleup environments across a variety of roles and regions.
Recruiting: The ability to identify and engage with top-tier candidates in the competitive job market.
Talent Sourcing: Proven expertise in sourcing passive candidates through various channels to meet hiring needs effectively.
ATS (Applicant Tracking System): Proficient in utilising ATS platforms to streamline the recruitment process and manage candidate data efficiently.
Job Boards: Experience in leveraging job boards and online platforms to advertise job openings and attract potential candidates.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
Utilise advanced sourcing techniques to identify and attract top talent, including passive candidates.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey to uphold Neara's employer brand.
Provide regular updates and metrics on recruitment activities to stakeholders for informed decision-making.
Lead recruitment projects and initiatives to improve processes and enhance the overall recruitment function.
