About Nema Health

Nema Health is a survivor- and clinician-led virtual treatment program for PTSD and trauma. We are on a mission to help all trauma survivors find lasting peace & healing. Nema provides virtual, evidence-based treatment that helps people feel better faster—and stay better longer. We are committed to delivering care that’s accessible, trauma-specialized, and deeply patient-centered.

At Nema, we offer employees an unparalleled career opportunity: the chance to be part of a mission-driven company while shaping its future during a pivotal stage of growth. If you’re someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, values systems thinking, and cares deeply about expanding access to mental health care, you could be a great fit.

About the Role

We’re hiring a Product Operations Manager to be the operational backbone of our product team. You’ll own the systems and workflows that keep Product, Clinical, and Operations aligned — from managing bug intake and feature requests to coordinating clinician account setup and supporting smooth feature rollouts.

You will ensure the team runs efficiently and is able to keep up with the roadmap. You’ll bring structure to ambiguity, create clarity across teams, and enable PMs and builders to focus on delivering meaningful value to patients and providers. Ultimately, you will be the reason why the team can succeed on a daily basis, while getting the opportunity to hone key product-related skills.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys execution, systems thinking, and being the connective tissue across teams.

What You’ll Do:

Feedback, Insights & Issue Management

  • Own the bug tracking process end-to-end: triage, prioritize with PMs, ensure visibility, and track resolution

  • Run bi-weekly feature request reviews, consolidating and organizing inputs across teams

  • Maintain a structured system connecting feedback to roadmap discussions

  • Support ongoing improvements to internal product operating processes

Knowledge Management & Tooling

  • Build and maintain internal product documentation and a scalable knowledge base for Product and cross-functional teams

  • Manage product-related account creation, permissions, and offboarding for new hires

  • Optimize product tools and workflows to improve efficiency and reliability

Launch & Rollout Support

  • Coordinate feature releases, including readiness checklists and internal communications

  • Support rollout playbooks, enablement materials, and release updates to the broader business

  • Ensure new features are clearly documented and accessible to stakeholders

What You’ll Achieve:

In the first 3 months, you will:

  • Build strong relationships with Product Managers and key cross-functional partners

  • Develop a clear understanding of our product, users, and current roadmap

  • Take ownership of key back-bone infrastructure such as bug tracking, feature intake, and clinician account workflows

  • Improve visibility into open issues and feature requests so the team can be proactive

  • Bring more structure and predictability to product-related requests

In the first 6 months, you will:

  • Run bi-weekly feature request reviews independently and feed insights into roadmap discussions to improve how Nema prioritizes work

  • Establish a reliable, scalable process for clinician onboarding and offboarding within our systems

  • Improve launch coordination and internal product communications

  • Reduce friction between Product and cross-functional partners to help the organization meet business-level goals

In the first 12 months, you will:

  • Become the go-to operational partner for the product organization

  • Build a scalable intake and issue management system that supports a growing team

  • Strengthen coordination with cross-functional teams through designing & implementing best-practice documentation & training playbooks

  • Contribute meaningfully to how the product team is structured and how updates are communicated across the company

Qualifications

You’ll be a great fit if you:

  • Have 2-4 years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, or a similar role where you supported cross-functional execution

  • Desire your next role to be one where you can absorb, learn, grow and develop your career in product operations while contributing meaningfully to a mission-driven startup

  • Thrive in high-ownership environments where you manage processes end-to-end

  • Are highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong follow-through

  • Have experience managing workflows, intake systems, or operational processes

  • Communicate clearly and write effectively

  • Bring a structured, systems-oriented mindset and enjoy improving how things work

  • Are proactive, resourceful, and comfortable operating in ambiguity
