We're looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to help execute and scale Optura's go-to-market programs as we continue to grow. Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Communications, you'll work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships to bring campaigns to life, support product launches, coordinate events, manage agency partners, and help ensure our marketing programs deliver measurable business impact.
This role is ideal for a highly organized, hands-on marketer who enjoys owning projects from concept through execution, thrives in a collaborative startup environment, and is excited to help build scalable marketing programs alongside a growing team.
Nashville metro area (hybrid) or open to remote for the right candidate
Coordinate and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, content, events, partner, and social channels
Partner with the Head of Marketing & Communications and Creative Director to develop and launch marketing assets that support demand generation, product launches, customer engagement, and sales enablement
Plan and execute Optura's conference, webinar, customer, and partner event programs from planning through post-event follow-up
Support website updates, campaign landing pages, marketing automation, CRM workflows, and day-to-day marketing operations
Collaborate with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Partnerships to execute programs that drive pipeline growth, customer adoption, and partner engagement
Measure campaign performance and prepare reporting on marketing effectiveness, lead generation, and pipeline contribution to help inform future initiatives
Coordinate external agencies, vendors, and project timelines to ensure high-quality execution, on-time delivery, and alignment with business priorities
5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, field marketing, product marketing, or integrated marketing
Experience executing marketing campaigns and managing projects in a SaaS, healthcare technology, or enterprise software environment
Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or similar
Experience supporting marketing analytics, campaign reporting, and lead management processes
Experience marketing AI, healthcare technology, enterprise software, or other complex B2B technology solutions
Experience supporting enterprise sales organizations with sales enablement materials and account-based marketing initiatives
Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives and stakeholders simultaneously
Experience planning and executing conferences, webinars, customer events, and partner marketing programs
