What Will You Do
Oversee a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and strategy to achieve departmental goals.
Develop, implement, and optimize advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms to drive high-quality leads and registrations.
Handle and optimize activation channels including push notifications, email marketing, and WhatsApp marketing to enhance user engagement and conversion.
Set and achieve targets for number of registrations and leads, ensuring strategies align with company growth objectives.
Manage and allocate a significant monthly marketing budget, ensuring effective and efficient use of resources.
Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and drive traffic to our digital assets.
Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to continuously improve results.
Work closely with other departments such as Sales and Product to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business goals.
Requirements
Proven experience in performance marketing and leading a team.
Expertise in Google Ads, Meta, push notifications, email, WhatsApp marketing, and SEO.
Strong ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
Experience managing substantial marketing budgets.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
