What Will You Do

  • Oversee a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and strategy to achieve departmental goals.

  • Develop, implement, and optimize advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms to drive high-quality leads and registrations.

  • Handle and optimize activation channels including push notifications, email marketing, and WhatsApp marketing to enhance user engagement and conversion.

  • Set and achieve targets for number of registrations and leads, ensuring strategies align with company growth objectives.

  • Manage and allocate a significant monthly marketing budget, ensuring effective and efficient use of resources.

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and drive traffic to our digital assets.

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to continuously improve results.

  • Work closely with other departments such as Sales and Product to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business goals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in performance marketing and leading a team.

  • Expertise in Google Ads, Meta, push notifications, email, WhatsApp marketing, and SEO.

  • Strong ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Experience managing substantial marketing budgets.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
