As the Head of Middle Mile Operations, you will oversee and optimize linehaul and hub operations to strengthen and expand our supply chain network.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategy and execution of our middle-mile network, including linehaul planning, fleet operations, and regional hub performance.

• Drive operational excellence across cross-docks, sortation centers, and transport routes.

• Develop and mentor high-performing regional operations teams.

• Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Last Mile, Network Engineering, and Procurement.

• Manage 3PL/transportation partners and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

• Own budgeting, KPIs, monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives to improve speed, cost, and reliability

Requirements:

• 7+ years’ experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations.

• Min. bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or relevant field.

• Proven leadership in managing large-scale transportation or linehaul networks.

• Strong analytical and network planning skills.

• Experience in fast-paced environments (e-commerce or express logistics preferred).
