Job Description
Analyze customer–chatbot conversations
Improve chatbot flows, menus, and language
Map customer journey and enhance user experience
Support improvement of customer satisfaction (CSAT)
Requirements
Strong analytical and logical thinking
Empathetic with good Bahasa Indonesia writing skills
Able to work with basic data
Detail-oriented, curious, and a problem solver
Background in IT, Information Systems, Communication, UX, or related fields
