About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and empathetic Chatbot Conversation Analyst to help improve our customer experience. In this role, you will analyze customer interactions, optimize chatbot performance, and enhance overall conversation quality to drive better customer satisfaction (CSAT).

Job Description

  • Analyze customer–chatbot conversations

  • Improve chatbot flows, menus, and language

  • Map customer journey and enhance user experience

  • Support improvement of customer satisfaction (CSAT)

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and logical thinking

  • Empathetic with good Bahasa Indonesia writing skills

  • Able to work with basic data

  • Detail-oriented, curious, and a problem solver

  • Background in IT, Information Systems, Communication, UX, or related fields
