We are seeking a strategic Head of People Experience to lead the design and execution of a world-class employee journey across our fast-growing logistics and delivery operations in Indonesia. This role will be instrumental in shaping company culture, growth & innovation, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring a consistent, meaningful experience for all employees across the organization.
Develop and implement a comprehensive People Experience strategy aligned with business goals and operational scale.
Design end-to-end employee journey frameworks (hire-to-retire) tailored for both corporate and field employees.
Champion a culture of inclusion, safety, and high performance across all levels.
Design a recruitment strategy to attract and recruit top talent.
Develop employer branding programs across channels.
Develop internal communication framework to ensure effective communication across all employees.
Lead initiatives to measure and improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
Translate feedback (surveys, focus groups, operational insights) into actionable programs.
Strengthen company values and ensure they are embedded in daily operations.
Partner with leadership to drive organizational design, workforce planning, performance management, and change management.
Build leadership development programs for managers across hubs, warehouses, and HQ.
Support talent growth and internal mobility in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Oversee onboarding, recognition, well-being, and learning programs.
Introduce digital tools and platforms to enhance employee communication and services.
Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and industry regulations.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
10+ years of solid experience in HR, People Experience, or Organizational Development roles, with a min. 5+ years in a leadership role.
Proven experience in startup, logistics, e-commerce, or other high-volume operational industries is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of Indonesia labor regulations and workforce dynamics.
Demonstrated ability to lead large, diverse, and geographically distributed teams.
Experience designing programs for frontline or blue-collar workforce is a strong advantage.
