About the Job

As a Cold Chain Controller Staff, you will be responsible for ensuring that all cold chain processes—from receiving to delivery—run smoothly and comply with temperature standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and leverage data to maintain product quality across the supply chain.

Job Description

• Monitor and ensure temperature compliance across receiving, storage, and dispatch processes

• Utilize data logger systems & GPS monitoring tools for real-time tracking

• Identify, investigate, and report any cold chain deviations

• Prepare daily reports & dashboards to support operational decisions

• Conduct risk analysis to improve cold chain processes

• Collaborate with internal teams (warehouse, linehaul, transporter)

• Ensure adherence to quality control & compliance standards

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree (Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related)

• Basic understanding of Cold Chain Management & monitoring systems (GPS/data logger)

• Strong analytical & Excel skills

• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work under pressure

• Good communication & teamwork skills

• HACCP knowledge/certification is a plus
