The Agent Commercial Planner is responsible for managing relationships with retail sellers, driving sales and promotions in Paxel Agent areas, retaining customers, and supporting MSME business growth through available programs.
Minimum Diploma (D3), open to all majors.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Strong customer service and sales skills.
Ability to develop short-term marketing strategies.
Familiar with social media usage and trends.
Responsive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
Innovative team player.
Manage and maintain relationships with Paxel Agent retail sellers.
Execute sales and promotional activities (online & offline) to acquire new customers.
Carry out customer retention efforts to reduce churn.
Support MSME business development through Paxel Agent programs.
