As a Growth Intern, you will support the Growth team in executing and optimizing digital marketing initiatives.

Skills & Qualification

• Final-year student or fresh graduate from any relevant field

• Basic understanding of digital marketing (performance marketing, SEO, CRM)

• Familiar with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, or CRM platforms is a plus

• Comfortable working with data, Excel/Google Sheets, and basic reporting

• Fast learner, proactive, and detail-oriented

• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset

• Passionate about digital marketing and growth

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the planning, execution, and monitoring of performance marketing campaigns (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads)

• Supporting CRM campaign setup and monitoring user journeys

• Contributing to SEO initiatives and helping optimize user funnels

• Preparing weekly and monthly reports to track marketing performance

• Collaborating with team members on daily (BAU) growth operations

• Assisting in growth experiments and identifying opportunities for operational improvements
