Role Summary
Role: Senior Production Associate
Location: Fremont, CA.
At Pebble, we are redefining how mobility solutions are built. As a Senior Production Associate in Manufacturing, you will be directly involved in executing and supporting day-to-day production activities to ensure high-quality, on-time output. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, a commitment to safety and quality, and a strong understanding of manufacturing processes. Ideal candidates will have experience in a production environment and a drive for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
Perform daily production tasks to meet output and quality targets.
Identify and suggest opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and reduce waste.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions accurately.
Inspect components and assemblies for quality compliance.
Document production data and support root cause investigations when issues arise.
Operate tools, machinery, and equipment safely and effectively.
Support implementation of process improvements and new procedures.
Participate in regular training to stay current with production standards and best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical or manufacturing-related field preferred.
Minimum of 5 years’ hands-on experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of production processes, tools, and safety standards.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, work instructions, and specifications.
Excellent attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in using production software or manufacturing tracking systems is a plus.
RV or van conversion experience preferred.
