Role Summary Title: Production Associate
Location: Fremont, CA
As a Production Associate at Pebble, you’ll play an essential role on our manufacturing team, helping to assemble high-quality, electric RV travel trailers. You’ll follow standard procedures, work with tools and equipment, and contribute to our mission of delivering innovative, sustainable products. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone early in their career who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform daily production tasks including assembly, installation, and basic inspection of parts.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Accurately follow work instructions, drawings, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Use hand and power tools to complete assigned tasks.
Assist in identifying opportunities for workflow improvements.
Record basic production data and communicate issues as they arise.
Participate in training and learn new processes as needed.
Qualifications
Associate’s degree, technical certification, or equivalent hands-on experience preferred.
2–4 years of experience in a production, manufacturing, or hands-on assembly role.
Familiarity with tools, equipment, and basic manufacturing safety practices.
Ability to read and follow written instructions and diagrams.
Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
RV or van conversion experience preferred.
