Role Summary Title: Production Associate

Location: Fremont, CA

As a Production Associate at Pebble, you’ll play an essential role on our manufacturing team, helping to assemble high-quality, electric RV travel trailers. You’ll follow standard procedures, work with tools and equipment, and contribute to our mission of delivering innovative, sustainable products. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone early in their career who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily production tasks including assembly, installation, and basic inspection of parts.

  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.

  • Accurately follow work instructions, drawings, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

  • Use hand and power tools to complete assigned tasks.

  • Assist in identifying opportunities for workflow improvements.

  • Record basic production data and communicate issues as they arise.

  • Participate in training and learn new processes as needed.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree, technical certification, or equivalent hands-on experience preferred.

  • 2–4 years of experience in a production, manufacturing, or hands-on assembly role.

  • Familiarity with tools, equipment, and basic manufacturing safety practices.

  • Ability to read and follow written instructions and diagrams.

  • Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

  • RV or van conversion experience preferred.
