At Pebble, we're reinventing the RV experience with technology that redefines mobility, energy, and freedom. As we grow, we're looking for a Recruiter who's hungry to modernize how we hire—leveraging AI tools, smart workflows, and a bias toward speed to help us build a world-class team.

What You'll Do

  • Own full-cycle recruiting across a variety of roles—Engineering, Production/Manufacturing, Sales & Marketing, G&A.

  • Actively source candidates using modern tools, LinkedIn, and AI-assisted outreach to build strong pipelines

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role needs, define ideal candidate profiles, and move quickly

  • Use and explore AI recruiting tools to streamline sourcing, scheduling, screening, and communication

  • Help build and refine lightweight self-serve resources for hiring teams (scorecards, intake templates, interview guides)

  • Track recruiting metrics (time-to-hire, pipeline conversion, diversity) and flag patterns or blockers

  • Stay curious about what's new in recruiting tech and bring fresh ideas to how we operate

What you bring

  • 2–5 years of recruiting experience, ideally at a fast-paced startup or high-growth company

  • Comfort hiring across both technical and non-technical roles

  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and modern recruiting tools—you pick up new software quickly

  • A genuine interest in AI tools and how they can make recruiting smarter and faster

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with candidates and hiring managers alike

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple open roles without dropping the ball

  • A growth mindset—you're not waiting to be told what to do, you spot problems and fix them

Nice to Have

  • Experience at an EV, automotive, hardware, robotics, or deep tech company

  • Hands-on experience with AI recruiting tools
