At Pebble, we’re reinventing the RV experience with technology that redefines mobility, energy, and freedom. As we grow, we’re looking for a Senior Recruiter to help transform our talent acquisition engine from a manual, time-intensive process into a tech-enabled, self-serve, AI-driven function.

This isn’t your typical recruiting role. You won’t just fill reqs—you’ll architect the system. You’ll operate as a strategic partner to executives, a builder of scalable tools, and a trusted voice on everything from role design to sourcing automation.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the shift from traditional recruiting to a modern, automated, and data-driven function

  • Implement and scale AI tools to streamline sourcing, outreach, scheduling, and screening

  • Collaborate closely with execs and hiring managers to design roles and hiring plans

  • Build and refine self-serve workflows for hiring teams across the company

  • Source, assess, and close world-class talent across engineering, supply chain, sales & marketing, and G&A

  • Monitor recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, conversion, pipeline diversity) and surface insights

  • Stay ahead of emerging tools, trends, and platforms in the AI recruiting landscape


What You Bring

  • Proven experience hiring across technical and non-technical roles in fast-paced startups

  • Deep understanding of recruiting tech stacks

  • Strategic mindset with the tactical ability to build and execute workflows

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—you build trust across all levels

  • Data- and systems-oriented: you spot patterns, track trends, and act on insights

  • A growth mindset and love for building from 0 to 1


Nice to Have

  • Experience in EVs, robotics, hardware, or frontier tech

  • Prior success integrating AI tools into recruitment operations

  • Built recruiting toolkits (e.g., scorecards, intake templates, hiring guides)
