The Role

This is a high-visibility role reporting directly to the CPO. You'll work at the intersection of product strategy, business development, and partnerships — with real ownership over initiatives that shape how Pebble grows. We're looking for someone who has already built partnerships, closed deals, and navigated complex stakeholder ecosystems in the EV, mobility, or clean energy space. Expect broad scope, fast cycles, and direct exposure to company-defining decisions.

What You'll Do

  • Identify, develop, and close strategic partnerships with OEMs, fleet operators, charging networks, and ecosystem players

  • Drive go-to-market strategy for new product lines, features, and commercial verticals

  • Build business cases and commercial frameworks that move leadership to act

  • Synthesize competitive intelligence and market signals into product and positioning decisions

  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, and finance to execute on priorities

  • Represent Pebble externally with partners, dealers, investors, and industry stakeholders

Who You Are

  • 5–10 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or product strategy in EV, mobility, clean energy, or adjacent hardware industries

  • Track record of building and closing commercial partnerships — OEMs, Tier 1s, fleets, government, or channel partners

  • Operator mentality: you find the problem, build the relationships, and drive it to close

  • Comfortable navigating technical conversations with engineering and commercial conversations with executives

  • Passionate about clean energy, EVs, and the future of outdoor and adventure lifestyle

  • MBA a plus, but hands-on industry experience is what matters here
