ABOUT PEBBLE

Pebble is a sustainable living startup defining a new way to live, work and explore from anywhere with a 100% electric, hassle-free RV trailer. Built by a team of experts in both automotive and consumer technology, Pebble combines electrification with cutting-edge automotive technology for a travel trailer experience that removes the hassles RV owners have struggled with for decades.

We are building the future of lighter, more flexible living — a world where your home can be anywhere you want to take it. Pebble blends the best of being at home, on the road, and off-grid into something useful and magical. Our team is dedicated to making not just products, but a lifestyle that is truly sustainable.

THE ROLE

Live the lifestyle. Be the face of Pebble on the road. This isn't a desk job with travel attached — it's a life on the road with a quota. You'll live in the Flow, camp in it, work from it, and show real people what it's actually like. You'll pull into businesses and campgrounds, set up Basecamps where our buyers already are, build community around the fire, and collect deposits from people who just watched you live it.

You are equal parts community builder and closer — someone who can host twelve customers for a walkthrough at golden hour and log qualified leads before the fire dies down. You are creating business in real life.

Based in the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic or Southeast. Your run: Acadia, the White Mountains, the Adirondacks, Shenandoah, the Blue Ridge, the Smokies, the Outer Banks, and the Florida coast — plus the dense metro corridor from Boston to Miami.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Live in it. Travel and work out of a Pebble Flow as your rolling office and home base. You're the proof the product works — because you actually use it.

  • Run Basecamps in the wild. Set up and host Basecamp experiences at parks, campgrounds, and destination sites to host walkthroughs, Easy Tow, and self-parking demos where people can touch it and feel it.

  • Support and execute events that draw a crowd. Partner with marketing teammates to plan and execute meetups, rallies, RV shows, campground takeovers, and lifestyle activations across your territory. You own the calendar and the turnout.

  • Build community. Turn attendees into an owner community — group camps, referrals, and repeat turnout that grows every event. Airstream built a cult following; we're building the electric one.

  • Create demand in your territory. Open new markets from nothing — find where the buyers are, get in front of them, and build a pipeline that didn't exist before you got there.

  • Drive deposits. Carry a monthly target for qualified leads, booked Basecamps, and $500 deposits. Every event ends with names in the CRM and money down.

  • Partner with inside sales. Hand off warm, well-qualified leads with strong notes and work alongside the inside team to convert them

  • Report from the field. Keep the CRM clean, log activity and pipeline daily, and deliver post-event recaps with real insight on what converted and what didn't.

  • Maintain a show-ready trailer. Responsible for keeping the Flow clean, orderly and prepared for the next guest.

WHO YOU ARE

  • You already live this. Camping, overlanding, van life, road trips, the outdoors — this is how you spend your time, not a line you'd add to a resume. You'd be out there anyway.

  • Road-ready, genuinely. Extended time away from a fixed address is the appeal, not the cost. Comfortable towing, boondocking, and solving problems in real-time.

  • Sales-driven. 3–5 years in sales or customer success with a track record of beating targets. You're not shy about asking for the sale.

  • A natural host. You make strangers feel like they were invited. Comfortable talking to a crowd of thirty or a couple at a picnic table.

  • Organized on your own. You are able to use customer data to plan your own routes, events, and calendar with no one watching.

  • CRM & spreadsheet fluent. HubSpot, Salesforce or similar

  • A strong communicator. Clear, professional customer follow-ups, event recaps, and CRM notes that move deals forward.

  • Mission-aligned. Real enthusiasm for sustainable travel, EVs, and the outdoors. Valid driver's license and clean record required. Ability to attain applicable sales licenses required.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Deep roots in the outdoor, overland, RV, or EV community.

  • Towing experience with trailers, or prior RV ownership.

  • Event production or brand-activation background.

  • Experience launching a new product or market from scratch.

TRAVEL & SCHEDULE

Expect to be on the road the majority of the month within your territory, including weekends — that's when campgrounds and events are full. Schedules shift with the season and the calendar; flexibility is essential. Periodic travel to HQ in Fremont, CA for training, product updates, and team gatherings.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

$88,000 – $120,000 base, plus a quarterly performance bonus tied to deposits, qualified leads, and Basecamps hosted. A Pebble Flow and tow vehicle are provided as your mobile base of operations, along with travel expenses.
