The Pebble Delivery Guide plays a critical role in shaping the ownership experience for our customers. This position is responsible for delivering a seamless, high-quality handoff experience from final vehicle readiness through customer onboarding. The delivery experience sets the tone for ownership, and this role is essential in making that first experience confident, consistent, and memorable.

The Pebble Delivery Guide will guide customers through one of the most important moments in their journey: receiving their Pebble Flow, ensuring every delivery is controlled, predictable, and built to scale. This requires a high level of attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to remain on their feet in a fast paced environment.

Skills & Qualification

  • Experience in automotive, EV, RV, or delivery operations, with a strong understanding of the industry and its complexities

  • Strong customer instincts, with the ability to understand how moments feel and not just how they function

  • Clear communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex systems and communicate effectively with customers

  • Operationally disciplined with strong attention to detail, with the ability to remain focused in a fast-paced, evolving environment

  • Experience working cross-functionally in operational environments, with the ability to partner with Service, Manufacturing, and Engineering teams

  • Strong ownership mindset with a bias toward action, with the ability to take initiative and drive results

Responsibilities

  • Execute customer deliveries end-to-end, including scheduling, coordination, and handoff, ensuring vehicles meet finished goods and quality standards prior to delivery

  • Maintain proactive, clear communication with customers throughout the delivery process, addressing questions and concerns in real-time with clarity and confidence

  • Lead full vehicle walkthroughs at delivery, guiding customers through key systems, features, and ownership basics

  • Partner with Service, Manufacturing, and Engineering to maintain delivery readiness, ensuring vehicles are fully prepared and aligned with delivery standards prior to handoff

  • Document delivery outcomes, insights, and customer feedback, identifying opportunities to improve delivery flow and customer experience

  • Contribute to refining delivery processes, standards, and tooling, supporting the development of a scalable, repeatable delivery model

  • Identify and address potential delivery issues before they impact the customer experience, ensuring deliveries are on time, predictable, and well-coordinated

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing a high level of service and support throughout the delivery process

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and process improvement initiatives to continuously improve the delivery experience
