About the Role:

After achieving strong product-market fit, we are now transitioning from a startup-focused approach to building an enterprise-focused platform. We are seeking an experienced leader to establish and drive our Enterprise Business.

As a Director of Enterprise Sales, you will own the end-to-end P&L for the enterprise business, including sales. The role involves close collaboration with the founders, the core leadership team, and direct reporting to the CEO.

This is an opportunity for a senior industry leader looking for an extraordinary challenge and the chance to accelerate growth far beyond conventional industry trajectories.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end enterprise business, including revenue growth, P&L and sales.

  • Build, lead, and scale a high-performing enterprise sales team with strong execution and accountability.

  • Drive enterprise GTM strategy, manage large accounts, and lead consultative sales engagements with CXOs and senior stakeholders.

  • Build strong forecasting, pipeline management, and operational processes to consistently deliver growth targets.

  • Identify new market opportunities and strengthen the company’s positioning in the enterprise insurance ecosystem.

Role Requirement:

  • 12+ years of experience in enterprise sales / GMC insurance sales with a strong track record of consistently delivering revenue targets.

  • Proven experience in building, leading, and scaling high-performing sales with experience managing complex consultative sales cycles and CXO-level relationships.

  • Demonstrated ownership mindset with experience managing business P&L, driving growth, and solving ambiguous challenges.

  • Understanding of employee benefits, group health insurance, and the broader insurance ecosystem.

  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Experience working in high-growth or fast-paced environments with the ability to scale processes and teams effectively.
