About the Role

We are looking for a  creative Webflow Frontend Engineer (Associate) to manage our main website and microsites built on Webflow. You’ll be responsible not just for building new experiences, but for owning the ongoing content, CMS, integrations, and performance optimization. This is a hands-on, growth-focused role for someone with great design skills, technical curiosity, and a knack for web tools and automation.

Role Responsibilities

  • Website Management: Own the Plum website and associated microsites in Webflow—keep content fresh, functional, and on-brand.

  • CMS Operations: Manage the Webflow CMS, including dynamic collections, blog posts, and case studies.

  • Form Management: Build, maintain, and optimize Webflow forms integrated with marketing and sales tools.

  • HubSpot Connections: Set up and troubleshoot integrations between Webflow and HubSpot, ensuring seamless lead capture and sync.

  • Tool Integration: Understand and use VWO, Webflow Optimize, Clarity, and other web optimization/analytics tools to run tests and improve site performance.

  • Performance and Conversion: Monitor web metrics, run A/B tests, and recommend UI/UX improvements for conversion and speed.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and design teams to launch campaigns, build calculators, microsites, and interactive content.

  • AI & Automation: Use generative AI design tools and automation platforms (such as n8n/Zapier) to streamline and elevate workflows.

Role Requirements

  • Webflow expertise: Experience building and managing sites; knowledge of the Webflow CMS and its best practices.

  • Form and integration exposure: Direct experience building/connecting forms to tools like HubSpot is a plus.

  • Design eye: Strong UI/UX sensibility and portfolio of creative web experiences.

  • Optimization tools knowledge: Familiarity with VWO, Webflow Optimize, and basic analytics (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.).

  • Front-end fundamentals: HTML, CSS; basic JavaScript/Webflow custom code (nice to have).

  • Initiative: Keen learner, self-driven, able to troubleshoot and improve automated workflows.

Good to have

  • Past work with site-wide optimization (A/B tests, speed fixes, conversion improvements)

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Make, Zapier, etc.)

  • Experience with SaaS or digital product sites
