About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, curious Business Analyst with 1–2 years of experience to join the Program Management team. This role is suited for someone who enjoys working with data, improving processes, and collaborating with different teams to solve operational challenges.

You’ll work closely with Account Managers, Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to help track performance, maintain reliable data, and identify opportunities to make workflows more efficient. The role will involve a mix of data analysis, reporting, and operational problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze team performance data and track key operational metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement

  • Maintain and update CRM systems (such as Salesforce) to ensure accurate and up-to-date data

  • Support Account Managers and Sales teams with data insights that improve servicing and decision-making

  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders

  • Work with the Senior Program Manager to identify workflow gaps and suggest improvements

  • Help streamline coordination between teams to ensure smoother execution of internal processes

Key Competencies

  • 1–2 years of experience in a Business Analyst / Data Analyst / Operations role

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data cleaning, formulas, basic analysis)

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce is a plus

  • Working knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio is a bonus

  • Strong attention to detail and ownership of tasks

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
