About the role

We’re looking for a highly motivated, growth-driven Sales professional who’s eager to build a strong foundation in sales and grow rapidly in a fast-paced startup environment. If you’re someone with decent communication skills, a strong willingness to learn, and the drive to succeed, this role is for you.

You’ll gain hands-on exposure to the entire sales cycle, work closely with senior sales leaders, and have the opportunity to grow your career faster than in a traditional corporate setup.

 

Roles Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential customers through calls, emails, and other outreach channels

  • Understand customer needs and position our solutions effectively

  • Manage a short sales cycle (15–30 days) from lead generation to closure

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience

  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in CRM tools

  • Learn and apply sales best practices, scripts, and objection-handling techniques

  • Work toward achieving individual and team sales goals

Role Requirement

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role

  • Average communication skills with a strong desire to improve and learn

  • High energy, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset

  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment

  • Exposure to sales targets or quotas is a plus (not mandatory)

  • Industry-agnostic and adaptable to different markets or products
