About the Role:-
- As a Senior Product Manager for the HR Experience pod, you will own the product vision, strategy, and execution of our HR-focused solutions.
- You will lead a team of product managers to drive the product lifecycle, creating a consumer-like experience that simplifies insurance and healthcare administration for businesses.
- Our platform serves thousands of HR professionals, and we're committed to delivering a world-class product that frees up mental space for HR teams managing employee benefits.
Key Responsibilities:-
Own and drive the strategic product roadmap, balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility
Develop and implement product processes and systems for effective performance management and reporting
Partner with customers and stakeholders to understand explicit and latent needs in the HR administration space
Collaborate with High-Performing Engineering teams to ensure scalable, quality software delivery
Establish, monitor, and measure success metrics after launch, integrating behaviour data and customer feedback
Make strategic decisions across multiple domains — from insurance contracts to user experience — that help your team move forward efficiently
Author and review Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) for complex features
Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of high performance and innovation in the HR Experience pod
Requirements:-
5+ years of product management experience, with demonstrated success in B2B SaaS products
Strong track record of leading and mentoring product teams
Proven ability to drive product strategy and execute on complex roadmaps
Excellence in stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership
Strong analytical skills with experience in testing product hypotheses and generating insights
Deep understanding of user experience principles and how to leverage technology to create intuitive solutions
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is a plus

Reduction in HR administrative overhead as measured by time spent on insurance-related tasks
High adoption and engagement rates among HR users
Decrease in unexpected feature requests during quarters
Commercial success of HR-focused products
Improvement in retention or expansion of business
