About the Role:

We’re looking for a Recruitment Lead  who can own non-tech hiring while also leading select mid–senior hires that need sharper judgment, strong stakeholder partnership, and thoughtful candidate engagement.

This role sits at the intersection of scale and quality, for someone who knows how to move fast without cutting corners.

Your Role:

As a Recruitment Lead, you will own hiring across a wide range of non-tech roles (Sales, Account Management, Finance, HR, Marketing, and similar functions).

What You’ll Do:

  1. Hiring Ownership

    • Lead end-to-end hiring for non-tech roles, planning and executing hiring waves aligned to business demand while maintaining strong funnel health, speed, and conversion.

    • Own select mid–senior roles, partnering with hiring managers to sharpen role clarity and interview plans, and conducting deeper screening conversations focused on capability, intent, and role fit.

  2. Stakeholder Partnership

    • Work closely with hiring managers to prioritise roles and timelines

    • Set clear expectations and provide regular, data-backed updates

    • Push back when required with context and solutions

  3. Sourcing Strategy

    • Build and diversify sourcing pipelines using job boards, referrals, social platforms, and networks

    • Adapt the sourcing approach based on role complexity and urgency

  4. Data & Reporting

    • Track hiring metrics across bulk and mid–senior roles

    • Use data to identify bottlenecks and improve predictability

    • Share insights to support workforce planning

What You Bring

  1. Experience

    • 5 years of talent acquisition experience

    • Strong experience hiring across non-tech roles

    • Proven ability to balance bulk hiring with nice hiring

  2. Hiring Judgment

    • Knows when a role needs speed vs depth

    • Comfortable switching between high-volume and high-touch hiring

  3. Execution & Ownership

    • Gets into the detail and follows through

    • Reliable, proactive, and accountable

  4. Communication & Influence

    • Strong stakeholder and candidate communication skills Confident pushing back and managing expectations

  5. Tools & Data

    • Hands-on experience with ATS and recruitment tools

    • Uses data to drive hiring decisions
