As Lead - Web Experiences, you will be responsible for driving high-impact website experiences that accelerate Plum’s growth. You’ll design, optimize, and automate key aspects of our web presence to improve inbound lead generation. Your core responsibilities include:


Key Responsibility:

  •  Web Design & Development

- Build beautiful, high-converting web experiences using Webflow

- Utilize HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for custom interactions and functionality

- Ensure a seamless and responsive website experience across all devices

- Collaborate with design and content teams to bring campaigns to life

  • Website Performance & Conversion Optimization

- Continuously analyze, test, and optimize the website for better conversions

- Use GA4, Hotjar, and A/B testing tools to identify friction points

- Improve website speed, SEO, and accessibility for a better user experience

- Implement tracking and analytics to measure effectiveness

  • Automation & Growth Experiments

- Leverage low-code/no-code tools (Zapier, Bubble, Airtable, HubSpot) to build automations that scale marketing efforts

- Run programmatic growth experiments to test lead magnets and improve inbound pipeline

- Utilize AI tools and automation agents to drive efficiency and personalization


What We’re Looking For

  • 2-5 years of experience in Webflow development, website optimization, and growth marketing

  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

  • Familiarity with GA4, Hotjar, Zapier, HubSpot, Airtable, and other automation tools (or a strong willingness to learn)

  • Ability to build and execute rapid experiments to drive conversions

  • A data-driven problem solver with an eye for aesthetics and performance

  • Self-starter with a growth mindset who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment

  • Passion for AI, automation, and leveraging technology for marketing impact
