As Senior/General Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the TA function. Your focus will be on delivery, team management, and operational discipline to ensure we consistently meet hiring goals across teams.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you manage the TA team, drive hiring execution, and keep the recruitment engine running smoothly.
Manage hiring pipelines, SLAs, and turnaround times
Ensure strong ATS hygiene, accurate data, and clean reporting
Monitor funnel metrics and fix bottlenecks quickly
Keep hiring processes simple, predictable, and efficient
Manage and coach a team of recruiters and coordinators
Set clear expectations on output, quality, and timelines
Run regular pipeline and performance reviews
Provide hands-on support on critical or delayed roles
Work closely with hiring managers to clarify priorities and timelines
Ensure interview plans, feedback loops, and decisions move quickly
Maintain clear communication between TA and business teams
Standardise screening, coordination, and offer processes
Reduce delays, drop-offs, and offer declines
Ensure candidates have a smooth, respectful experience
7–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
Experience managing a team of recruiters
Strong track record of delivering hiring outcomes at scale
Highly operational mindset , comfortable with metrics, pipelines, and execution
Hands-on leader who gets into the details when needed
Clear, dependable communicator with hiring managers and candidates
High ownership over hiring outcomes
