To support our fast-growing customer base and expanding distribution channels, we are looking for a dynamic Sales Trainer who can build strong training programs, empower revenue teams, and elevate sales performance across the organization.
As a Sales Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving training programs that equip our sales teams with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to drive revenue growth.
Design and deliver onboarding programs for new sales hires (SDRs and BDEs).
Develop structured training modules on product knowledge, sales processes, CRM usage, objection handling, and negotiation skills.
Conduct regular refresher sessions on product updates, pricing changes, competitive positioning, and new offerings.
Build playbooks, battle cards, pitch decks, call scripts, and sales enablement materials.
Partner with Revenue Operations and Sales Leadership to identify skill gaps and create targeted training interventions.
Drive adoption of sales methodologies and best practices across the team.
Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, pipeline metrics, win/loss analysis, and performance data.
Run workshops on consultative selling, storytelling, stakeholder management, and enterprise sales skills.
Support the launch of new products, tools, or GTM strategies by creating focused enablement programs.
Maintain a centralized repository of training materials, playbooks, and knowledge resources.
3-6 years of experience in sales training, sales enablement, or revenue coaching, preferably in insurance, healthcare, SaaS, or startups.
Strong understanding of B2C sales cycles, pipeline management, and performance metrics (conversion rates, ACV, win rates, etc.).
Experience working closely with SDRs, AEs, and sales leadership teams.
Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills (English, Hindi; regional languages a plus).
Experience creating structured training content, e-learning modules, and certification programs.
Analytical mindset with the ability to link training initiatives to measurable revenue outcomes.
