What You'll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle, from first conversation to close, helping individuals find the right life insurance products for their needs.

  • Be the face of Plum Personal for prospects: responsive, credible, and genuinely helpful at every touchpoint.

  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales in partnership with leading insurers to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

  • Work directly with partner insurers on product development, policy placements, and day-to-day post-sales operations.

  • Feed insights from the ground back into the product and GTM strategy. Your voice will actually matter here.

What We're Looking For

  • 1 to 3 years of sales experience, ideally in BFSI, insur-tech, or B2C financial services.

  • Someone who can hold their own in a room, whether face-to-face, on a call, or over email.

  • The ability to make complex products feel simple and worth buying.

  • Comfort with targets, timelines, and ambiguity, sometimes all at once.

  • A challenger mindset: curious, adaptable, and not waiting to be told what to do.

  • Experience in insurance, brokerage, or personal finance is a strong plus.
