About the Role

Having found exceptional product/market fit in employee benefits, we’re expanding our product suite rapidly to address business insurance risks for our clients. We are looking for a stellar addition to our Business Insurance team to capitalise on the huge demand for our product.

We don’t pretend that it’ll be easy - joining a company and embarking on the scale-up phase is an amazing challenge, pushing well beyond the boundaries of natural growth cycles. You’ll move quicker than feels comfortable, and be brilliant at continually re-prioritising what must get done to keep Plum growing month over month at the pace of the fastest growing insurance companies in history.

What you'll do:

1. Drive the Liability & Commercial business of Plum pan India.

2. Analyze risk exposures and recommend appropriate insurance solutions to founders & CFOs of our clients.

3. Assist in structuring competitive proposals for optimal client coverage.

4. Provide technical support in policy structuring, endorsements, and claims assistance.

5. Fostering Industry relationships with underwriters & partners

What makes you a Great Fit:

1. 7+ years of experience in liability / commercial insurance, demonstrated expertise in corporate business.
