About the Role

You’ll work closely with the Insurance Products & Partnerships team, helping build the data and operational backbone that powers Plum’s insurance business.

In this role, you’ll analyze business performance, maintain and report metrics through realtime dashboards, and surface insights that help improve how our products, partnerships, and operations scale.

It’s an ideal role for someone early in their career who enjoys working with data, solving operational problems, and building systems that improve how a fast-growing business runs. You’ll gain exposure to how insurance products are designed, priced, and delivered while working closely with internal teams and insurer partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business performance data and track key operational metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

• Maintain and update CRM systems (such as Salesforce) to ensure accurate and up-to-date data in accordance with IRDA requirements.

• Support Product & Partnerships team with data insights that improve product, revenue & operational metrics.

• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for governance reviews with partners.

What we are looking for

• 1–2 years of experience in a Business Analyst / Data Analyst / Operations role, freshers can apply as well.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data cleaning, formulas, basic analysis)

• Working knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio is a bonus

• Strong attention to detail and ownership of tasks

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment

• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
