What You’ll Do-

1. Transform complexity into clarity. Tackle the gnarly, messy bits of our product and turn them into interfaces users trust without thinking twice.

2. Raise the bar (and the volume). Build design’s influence across teams. Advocate for design in business conversations—and push back when the easy answer isn’t the right one.

3. Use data as your compass. Hunt for user pain points before they become fire, and measure if your fixes actually move the needle.

4. Collaborate and challenge. Work hand-in-hand with Product and Research, but don’t be afraid to say “no” when it matters.

5. Mentor by doing. Level up junior designers through hands-on work, not just slide decks.

What We’re Looking For 

- 6+ years in product design, with at least 2 years leading humans (not just projects)

- Experience at a company where design actually mattered

- A portfolio that shows taste, craft, and real-world impact
