Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with business leaders to understand sales and leadership talent needs, and craft strategic hiring plans aligned with revenue and growth goals.

• Source top-performing sales and leadership talent through proactive outreach, market mapping, and leveraging networks across the BFSI industry.

• Assess candidates not just for experience, but for leadership traits, strategic thinking, and ability to drive high performance in fast-paced, target-driven environments.

• Drive structured interview processes, facilitate stakeholder alignment, and ensure a seamless, high-touch candidate experience.

• Act as a talent advisor to leadership, using data and market insights to influence hiring decisions and continuously improve recruitment outcomes.

Minimum Requirements

• 3-4 years of core talent acquisition experience with a focus on non-tech roles, including sales, operations, or corporate functions.

• Proven track record of success in proactively sourcing and closing candidates through outbound channels for Sales/Leadership roles (e.g., LinkedIn, referrals, networking)

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and candidates at all levels.

• Strong negotiation and influencing abilities to secure top talent in a fast-paced, competitive hiring landscape.
