Role Overview

Push Security is hiring an endlessly ambitious and creative Sr. Events & Field Marketing Manager to own our field marketing program — from majors like Black Hat (US & UK) and RSA down to smaller-scale partner and regional sales-team events. This is a senior individual contributor role: you'll be the person who owns strategy, execution, budget, and results end to end.

We've all been on conference floors where every booth is the same. We're looking for someone who walks onto a show floor asking "what can we do here that nobody else is doing to get better results.”

*Candidates based in Eastern and Central US Timezones will be prioritized for this role. The position will own US & UK event/field marketing programs.

What You'll Do

  • Full lifecycle event strategy and execution for Push's field marketing calendar.

  • Ownership of all ABM campaigns and partner co-marketing opportunities.

  • A genuinely differentiated presence at every event we attend.  You’ll build experiences designed to meet goals but also to be remembered. You'll work to set the bar for excellence in the industry.

  • Hands-on execution across the full stack of event work: you're on-site solving problems in real time (and anticipate to avoid most of them). You’ll partner internally with design, operations, sales and product marketing to make sure decisions consistently align with company goals.

  • Outcome oriented: every event ties back to a clear goal (ARR, deal velocity, brand reputation) and you can speak fluently to how your program directly drove revenue outcomes, not just attendance or lead counts.

  • Budget ownership: you'll manage the field marketing budget and are expected to be creative and resourceful with it.

  • Sales partnership: you'll build strong relationships with Sales leadership and reps across the US & UK.

  • Reporting and iteration: clear, honest measurement of what worked, what didn't, and what you'd change next time, shared with marketing and sales leadership.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of field/event marketing experience, with meaningful time spent in a startup environment where you had to operate with limited resources and support.

  • Security industry experience: you understand our buyer, our competitive landscape, and what does (and doesn't) land with our audience.

  • We want to see you've tried things, taken risks, and can talk about why a given approach worked or didn't.

  • We’re an AI-empowered team and we’re looking for someone who has experience using Claude (or similar) to increase their output without sacrificing quality work.

  • You have a backup plan for your backup plan, and when something goes wrong on-site (and it will), you solve it calmly and quickly.

  • You'd rather build your own approach than follow a standard playbook that can generate only standard results.

  • Comfortable presenting to executive and sales leadership with clear opinions backed by data and reasoning.

  • 30-40% travel is required for this role.

We use an AI notetaker to record, transcribe, and summarize interviews so your interviewer can stay focused on you rather than on typing. The recording and summary are used only by the hiring team involved in this role, are stored in our applicant tracking system, and are not used to make an automated hiring decision — a person reviews everything. If you'd prefer we don't record, just let us know before the call or tell your interviewer at the start, and we'll turn it off. It won't affect your candidacy.
