That is not this role.
RealtyAds is building AI-native software for commercial real estate, and we're looking for someone ambitious who wants to learn how modern sales works.
You'll sit directly with experienced reps and leadership. You'll get constant feedback. You'll learn how to break into companies, start conversations, build relationships, and create pipelines from scratch - using both timeless sales fundamentals and the AI workflows that are reshaping the craft right now.

This role starts in outbound pipeline generation, but it is intentionally designed to grow quickly for high performers. We are hiring with the explicit goal of developing future closers and sales leaders.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
This role starts with outbound pipeline generation, but it’s intentionally designed to grow quickly for high performers.
Research, identify, and qualify target CRE ownership groups and brokerage firms worth targeting
Utilize HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and internal tooling to build and manage pipeline
Learn how complex CRE organizations actually operate so you can reach the right stakeholders
Learn and execute the full sales cycle alongside senior reps, with a direct path to carrying your own quota
Develop repeatable prospecting systems and AI workflows that help you work smarter and faster
Learn the CRE industry from the ground up - we will teach you everything you need to know

COMPENSATION & PERKS
Base salary: $50,000-$55,000
On-target earnings (OTE): $80,000-$90,000 (uncapped)
