POSITION OVERVIEW

RealtyAds is seeking a high-impact, Vice President, Growth to help with organization and drive top-line revenue growth by converting and expanding relationships with Tier 1, Tier 2, and Strategic clients. This senior-level role is responsible for executing sales strategy, delivering high-value product demonstrations, and building a culture of performance across the team. The ideal candidate combines a strong individual closing track record with exceptional team leadership, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration.

WHAY YOU’LL DO 

  • Own the full sales cycle with a focus on closing and expanding relationships with RealtyAds’ Tier 1, Tier 2, and Strategic clients

  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations to key stakeholders resulting in new revenue generation 

  • Serve as a key player-coach, actively closing high-value deals while coaching others through the RealtyAds’ sales cycle

  • Set a high standard for accountability, excellence, and collaboration within the sales organization

  • Assist in the execution of a scalable, repeatable sales strategy that aligns with RealtyAds’ long-term growth objectives 

  • Work cross functionally with Marketing and Account Management to optimize sales materials and identify areas for upsell opportunities

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS

  • 6+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least two years in a senior leadership role

  • Proven success selling to commercial real estate decision makers, including asset managers and brokers 

  • Experience closing and retaining complex enterprise deals

  • Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentorship and coaching

  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed

  • 5 days per week in-office at a RealtyAds Office

COMPENSATION

RealtyAds’ base salary for this position is $110,000-$115,000 per year. Salary is just one component of RealtyAds’ total compensation package which will include variable compensation, top-notch medical and dental coverage, an unlimited PTO policy, and other benefits. Annual OTE for this position including anticipated commissions is $300,000 per year.
