Growth Marketing Manager

French Florist | Remote (Los Angeles, CA or Portland, OR preferred)

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who believes that marketing is more than numbers on a dashboard—it’s how a brand comes alive in the world. Someone who can translate a strong creative identity into campaigns that perform, flows that convert, and customer journeys that build loyalty for life. Someone who’s ready to grow their career by helping grow French Florist.

This is a rare opportunity to join a high-growth luxury brand at a pivotal moment. You’ll be the architect of our digital growth engine—building, testing, optimizing, and scaling across email, paid media, organic social, and website experience. You’ll collaborate directly with our Executive Creative Director and Art Director, shaping campaigns that are as beautiful as they are effective. This role reports into the CMO.

We’re not looking for someone to just “manage channels.” We’re looking for someone who wants to own results, shape strategy, and grow into a true leader in ecommerce marketing.


Key Responsibilities

Email Marketing (Klaviyo or similar):

  • Build and execute automated flows, campaigns, and occasion-based segmentation.

  • Test subject lines, content, and send timing to maximize engagement and conversions.

Paid Media (Search & Social):

  • Manage day-to-day campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other channels.

  • Continuously test and optimize audiences, budgets, and creative assets.

  • Report on ROAS, CPA, and revenue contribution.

Website Merchandising & CRO:

  • Update homepage, product pages, and collections to align with promotions and seasonality.

  • Run A/B tests to improve conversion rates, average order value, and checkout flow.

  • Monitor site analytics to identify drop-offs and optimization opportunities.

Loyalty & Retention:

  • Manage and evolve the loyalty program to increase repeat purchases and customer lifetime value.

  • Build retention campaigns that reward and engage top customers.

Organic & Social:

  • Work with the creative team to plan and publish social content that drives traffic and sales.

  • Track engagement and revenue impact from organic campaigns.

Cross-Functional Creative Collaboration:

  • Partner with the Executive Creative Director on messaging and campaign ideas.

  • Work with the Art Director to ensure creative assets (video, photography, graphics) are optimized for performance.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Build and maintain dashboards for channel performance.

  • Provide weekly insights and recommendations to leadership.

  • Use data to forecast, adjust, and prioritize growth initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in ecommerce marketing (email, paid media, CRO, retention).

  • Track record of directly managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Klaviyo.

  • Experience with CRO tools (Convert.com, Optimizely, VWO, or similar) and website merchandising.

  • Strong knowledge of GA4 and ecommerce analytics.

  • Creative collaborator who can partner with copywriters, designers, and video producers.

  • Highly data-driven, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple initiatives at once.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

Compensation & Details

  • Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 / year, DOE

  • Remote (Los Angeles, CA or Portland, OR preferred)
