French Florist is a leading floral business in Los Angeles, known for exceptional quality and customer service across its three company-owned stores. For the past 2 years we have been expanding through franchising and seeking to grow our national footprint by converting existing floral businesses into French Florist franchise locations and opening new French Florist franchise locations. We signed over 40 franchise territories last year and are actively marketing our franchise opportunity for significant growth in 2026. Our vision is to cultivate a network of passionate franchisees who share our commitment to quality and creativity.
Position Overview:
Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer and Director of Franchise Development, we are seeking a strategic and results-driven Franchise Sales & Marketing Manager to support our start-up franchise growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess an understanding of franchise sales and marketing. In addition, this candidate must have experience thriving in a startup environment, who can assist with executing both sales and marketing tasks to achieve sales results. This individual should be comfortable navigating the dynamic challenges of a growing business and contributing across various functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Franchise Sales Support: Helping our Director of Franchise Development guide prospective franchisees from initial inquiry through qualifying calls and brand presentations.
Brand Ambassador: Represent French Florist at industry events and conferences, promoting our franchise opportunities and enhancing brand visibility.
Marketing Support: Assist the CGO with franchise lead generation by coordinating with our marketing team and advertising vendors. Plus pulling monthly digital reporting to analyze the sales funnel and advertising tactics
Key Metrics for Success:
Franchise Sales Growth: Help our sales team achieve specific monthly and annual targets for the number of new franchises sold.
Lead Conversion Rate: Help us track and improve the percentage of leads converted to signed franchise agreements.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1 to 3 years in a sales and marketing support role.
Franchise experience is a plus
Travel is required, minimum 4 times a year for franchise shows
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with diverse teams.
Proficient in CRM software, Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
Compensation & Benefits :
Base: $60,000 to $80,000 base, plus commission/bonus plan. Target earnings: $80 to 100,000/year.
