French Florist is a leading floral business in Los Angeles, known for exceptional quality and customer service across its three company-owned stores. For the past 2 years we have been expanding through franchising and seeking to grow our national footprint by converting existing floral businesses into French Florist franchise locations and opening new French Florist franchise locations. We signed over 40 franchise territories last year and are actively marketing our franchise opportunity for significant growth in 2026. Position Overview:
As our Project Manager, you will be the connective tissue across Brand, Creative, Growth, and Franchise Marketing. Your job is to help the team focus on the right work, at the right time, with the right resources—while protecting creative quality and brand integrity.
You will partner closely with our Design Director and Marketing leadership to manage workflows, prioritize requests, and build lightweight systems that scale with the business. You’ll also play a critical role in aligning internal brand initiatives with the real-world needs of franchisees.

Key Responsibilities:
Project & Resource Management
Own day-to-day project flow for Brand and Marketing initiatives, from intake through delivery
Manage timelines, priorities, and resourcing across creative, copy, social, and growth work
Ensure projects move forward decisively without unnecessary bottlenecks or over-process
Franchise Marketing Alignment
Partner closely with our Franchise Marketing Operations lead to understand incoming needs from franchisees
Help triage, prioritize, and route franchise marketing requests appropriately
Ensure franchise-facing assets align with brand standards and broader marketing strategy
Process & Systems
Help design and evolve lightweight processes that support creative excellence and speed
Own and manage our project management platform (Wrike), ensuring it’s clear, usable, and trusted
Improve visibility into what’s being worked on, what’s next, and where support is needed
Team Enablement
Act as a thought partner to creatives and marketers—helping them focus, plan, and execute
Support leadership with clear snapshots of priorities, risks, and capacity
Bring a calm, solutions-oriented presence to fast-moving, high-stakes work
Qualifications and Requirements:
5–8+ years experience in project management, creative operations, or marketing operations
Experience working with creative teams (brand, design, copy, social, content)
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-growth environments
Strong organizational instincts without being rigid or bureaucratic
Excellent communicator who can translate between creative, operational, and strategic worlds
Confident using project management tools (Wrike experience is a strong plus)
Emotionally intelligent, steady under pressure, and trusted by teams
You care about how work gets done, not just that it gets done
Compensation & Benefits :
Salary: $100,000 to $110,000/year
