At Coffee Dose, we aren’t your average corporate caffeine factory. We’re fast-paced, a little bit "extra," and we serve the Basic B*tch Latte in Costa Mesa with a side of zero BS. We’re looking for an Assistant Manager who can lead our drive-through squad with high energy and a sharp wit.

What You’ll Actually Do

• Lead the "front line" of our Costa Mesa drive-through, ensuring the workflow is as smooth as our oat milk lattes.

• Act as the ultimate mentor for our baristas, fostering a culture where personality is celebrated and bureaucracy is left at the door.

• Ensure every Basic B*tch Latte and specialty brew meets our high-quality, high-attitude standards.

• Handle customer concerns or operational hiccups with a calm, solution-oriented mindset.

• Partner with the Store Manager on scheduling, inventory, and training to keep the shop running like a well-caffeinated machine.

• Perform other duties, as assigned.

Who You Are

• You have a real personality and know how to use it to motivate a team.

• You thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and can make quick decisions under pressure.

• You take the craft of coffee seriously, even if you don't take yourself too seriously.

• You’ve got a background in retail, hospitality, or specialty coffee leadership (if you’ve crushed it in a drive-through before, we definitely want to talk).
