Job Summary:

The Project Manager/Estimator is responsible for overseeing projects from inception to completion while

accurately estimating project costs and managing resources. This role requires strong leadership,

excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of project management principles and estimating methodologies to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

 Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.

 Prepare detailed cost estimates for projects, analyzing labor, materials, and overhead expenses.

 Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.

 Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets while mitigating risks and

addressing challenges.

 Lead project meetings, providing updates to team members and stakeholders on project status

and next steps.

 Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain quotes and ensure quality standards are

met.

 Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and reports.

 Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies throughout

the project lifecycle.

 Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and lessons learned.

 Maintain confidentiality of all proprietary, client, and project-related information.

Other Requirements:

● Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a

related field.

● Minimum 5 years of experience in project management and estimating within the construction or

related industry.

● Strong understanding of project management principles and estimating techniques.

● Proficiency in project management software and estimating tools.

● Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

● Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams and

clients.

● Regular and punctual attendance is an essential function to this position.

● Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

 Ability to work in an office environment and on construction sites, including exposure to varying

weather conditions.

 Capability to perform site visits, which may involve walking, climbing, and navigating uneven

terrain.

 Ability to lift and carry materials or equipment up to 30 lbs as needed.
