Role Summary

Campaign concepts and creative direction remain with the Creative Director, Marketing.
Reporting to the Creative Director, Marketing, this role combines strong design judgment with reliable production skills. Work is prioritized through the Creative Director and the existing project-management process, rather than through separate requests from every stakeholder. The designer keeps files organized, checks production quality, and raises questions early when a brief or brand application needs clarification.
Key Responsibilities

Develop layouts, reusable templates, presentations, and sales materials within approved briefs, creative direction, and brand standards.

Package and export files to the specifications required by each vendor, platform, or boutique.

3. Manage Workflow & Organization
Deliver work against agreed briefs and schedules, flagging conflicts or missing inputs early.
Maintain organized source files, templates, and vendor specifications so work can be reused and handed over easily.
Follow priorities agreed by the Creative Director through the existing project-management process, keeping task status and dependencies visible.
4. Protect Brand Quality
Check artwork against established brand standards and production requirements before release.
Use a repeatable quality checklist to catch errors in copy, imagery, dimensions, and exports.
Raise brand exceptions with the Creative Director rather than redefining standards independently.
