What will you do ? 

  1. Connecting with customers worldwide to make Rocketlane their one-stop solution to all project delivery and onboarding woes.

  2. Tackle customer issues, be a trusted advisor of Rocketlane, and troubleshoot customer problems like a pro.

  3. Dive into customer challenges, get hands-on, and ask the questions that get to the heart of the problems customers face.

  4. Translate customer needs into simple language when collaborating with the tech team to solve

  5. Function like a part of the customer squad, build connections, and brainstorm solutions alongside the customer.

  6. Dive into product know-hows and show you can handle it on your own. Brownie points if you naturally explore our products without constant nudges.

  7. Envision yourself as the superhero of customer success: Take their Rocketlane journey to the next level—help them become pros and turn them into success stories.

  8. Candidates with Excel and basic programming skills are good to have.
