Profile Overview:

We’re hiring a GTM Engineer, a role that barely existed two years ago but is quickly becoming one of the most impactful hires for any Growth team.

At Rocketlane, outbound is a core growth lever. We’ve built a strong foundation, but we know that scaling isn’t about throwing more people at the problem. It’s about building better systems. This role takes full ownership of the infrastructure, automations, and workflows that make our outbound engine faster, smarter, and more precise.

You’ll be part of the Growth team and work closely with Sales and Operations. This is a systems-first role that sits at the intersection of strategy, tooling, and execution. You won’t just keep things running. You’ll design and prototype new workflows, automate what’s repetitive, and turn creative growth ideas into working systems that drive pipeline and revenue.

If you’ve ever looked at a GTM bottleneck and thought, “I can fix this with a better system,” this is your chance.

What You’ll Do

  • Work across the GTM funnel to identify friction points in systems, data flow, or handoffs, and build processes that improve executio

  • Collaborate closely with peers in the Growth team to take successful experiments and turn them into scalable, production-ready systems

  • Maintain and improve automations across the GTM stack using tools like Clay, Bluebirds, n8n, Zapier, and internal APIs

  • Build workflows and internal tools that support faster execution across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success

  • Own the logic and workflows behind signal routing, lead enrichment, and priority scoring to help teams focus on the right accounts

  • Set up dashboards or internal views that surface the right data to the right team at the right moment

  • Ensure clean, consistent data across tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and outbound platforms like Apollo and Outreach

  • Support better experimentation by helping the Growth team build infrastructure that speeds up learning and keeps feedback loops tight

  • Partner with RevOps and other systems owners to ensure the GTM infrastructure is reliable, maintainable, and scales with the team

What We’re Looking For

  • 3 to 7 years of experience in Growth, GTM Ops, RevOps, or Sales Ops roles with a focus on systems and workflow design

  • Strong understanding of how GTM tools connect and where workflows break down across teams

  • Hands-on experience with automation and workflow tools such as Clay, Zapier, n8n, or similar

  • Familiarity with CRMs and sales/marketing automation platforms.

  • Comfortable thinking in systems and logic. You ask what the input is, what the output should be, and what conditions affect the path

  • High ownership mindset. You notice what’s broken or inefficient and quietly fix it before it becomes a problem

  • Detail-oriented and comfortable working with data. You know how to trace an issue, validate assumptions, and make workflows reliable

  • Good communicator who works well across teams, understands constraints, and translates needs into working systems.

  • Interested in building tools and processes that help others move faster and run better experiments

Why join us?

  • Impact and ownership: You won’t just be another cog in the machine; here, you’re more like a turbocharged engine part. Bring your ideas, make them happen.

  • Work with the best: We’re a team of passionate, quirky, and ridiculously talented people. Come for the work, stay for the memes.

  • Flexibility and balance: While we love collaborating in the office five days a week, we know everyone has their own rhythm. That’s why we offer flexibility around hours—so you can bring your best energy, whether you’re an early bird or a night owl. Pajamas optional (at least outside the office).
