Profile Overview:

We’re hiring a BDR Operations Lead to level up how outbound works at Rocketlane. Outbound is one of our key growth levers, and we’ve built a solid foundation for it, this role will now take ownership of the systems and processes that power it.

You’ll be part of the Sales Operations team and work closely with Sales, Growth, and Marketing. Your job is to make sure our outbound engine runs smoothly, stays clean, and keeps improving. That means owning the infrastructure, refining workflows, improving data quality, and designing processes to make the team more efficient.

What You’ll Do?

  • Own and manage end-to-end outbound operations including account allocation, prospect assignment, and CRM workflows

  • Ensure seamless data flow across the GTM stack, including Clay, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Bluebirds, Outreach, Nooks, and more

  • Create, refresh, and manage account and prospect lists for BDRs based on evolving targeting priorities

  • Work with the data team to build dashboards and reporting to track account penetration, BDR effort metrics, outbound performance, and intent engagement

  • Maintain and improve enrichment workflows, intent routing, lead scoring, and outbound signal systems

  • Run structured feedback loops with sales pods to refine scoring, segment coverage, and list quality

  • Monitor outbound health metrics like bounce rates, connect rates, and reply rates, and work to improve them through better systems or tools

  • Lead tool evaluation, run POCs, and experiment with AI and automation to drive productivity

  • Partner with RevOps to maintain CRM hygiene, improve hand-offs, and ensure alignment across systems

What We’re Looking For?

  • 3 to 7 years of experience in Sales Ops or GTM Ops roles. (exposure to outbound operations is a plus)

  • Strong understanding of the GTM tech stack, including tools like Clay, Apollo, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Bluebirds, Nooks, and HubSpot or Salesforce.

  • Systems thinker with a process-first mindset, a curiosity for how things connect, and a drive to optimize.

  • Clear communicator who works well across Sales, Growth, and Marketing.

  • High ownership mindset with a habit of spotting inefficiencies and fixing them before being asked.

  • Analytical, curious, and comfortable building dashboards, tracking impact, and iterating on what works.

  • Excited by new tech, emerging tools, and the idea of using AI to enhance human outbound.
