The Senior Project Manager at Rogers-O'Brien Construction plays a crucial role in providing on-site direction for all aspects of construction projects. The role requires overall project planning and scheduling, resource allocation, project accounting, and control, along with technical direction to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Additionally, the Senior Project Manager leads and develops the project staff, ensuring that projects meet or exceed customer expectations. This role is instrumental in maintaining and developing client relationships, taking the business development lead when necessary, and assembling RFQs and RFPs. Successful execution of these responsibilities ensures the company's continued reputation for excellence in the industry.
