Responsibilities

  • Administer the jobsite badging and credentialing process for employees, trade partners, vendors, and visitors to ensure secure site access

  • Maintain the site access database, ensuring all required documentation is complete before issuing badges to uphold compliance standards

  • Coordinate with trade partners to schedule onboarding and badging for new workers, promoting smooth integration into the jobsite

  • Issue, track, and deactivate badges as workers enter or leave the project to maintain accurate records of site personnel

  • Maintain accurate daily site headcount and access logs to provide up-to-date information on site occupancy

  • Assist with orientation and communicate site access procedures and requirements to ensure all personnel understands security protocols

  • Support audits by maintaining organized records of badging approvals and documentation, facilitating efficient audit processes

  • Identify and estimate the type and quantity of materials needed for job completion, supporting project planning efforts

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor to contribute to project goals and team support
